Apply the oil with a soft, lint-free cloth or a soft sponge in an even, thin layer in the grain direction of the wood. It is recommended that entire surfaces are always treated. Remove any excess oil with a dry, lint-free cloth after approx. 30 minutes. The final drying time is approximately 6 hours. Repeat the treatment if the wood does not appear saturated. If treating solid worktops, the treatment should be applied to both the top and underside. It is a good idea to use Guardian Wood Cleaner before treating with Guardian Wood Oil with wax. It is recommended to oil wooden furniture 3-4 times a year. Shake the product before use. Always test the product on a non-visible spot before use.
